   Prisoner case - Prisoner civil rights. District court erred in granting
   summary judgment to two jail officers as the evidence plaintiff produced
   was sufficient to create a triable issue as to whether the officers applied
   excessive force; district court did not err in granting supervisory
   employees summary judgment as there was no evidence they were
   deliberately indifferent, tacitly authorized any excessive force or failed
   to provide adequate training or supervision. Judge Gruender, concurring.
