U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-4021
U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa - Des Moines
[PUBLISHED] [Bowman, Author, with Wollman and Bright, Circuit Judges]
Prisoner case - habeas. Iowa state courts' application of clearly
established Supreme Court precedents to Morales' claims of ineffective
assistance of counsel and Brady violations were not unreasonable; nor
were those courts' factual findings clearly rebutted in these habeas
proceedings; as a result, the district court did not err in denying
habeas relief. Judge Bright, dissenting.
