granting defendant summary judgment on plaintiff's claim she was
retaliated against for complaining about sexual harassment because
plaintiff failed to take any statutorily protected action; district court
did not err in granting defendant summary judgment on plaintiff's claim
her employment was not renewed because of her gender as plaintiff failed
to show the legitimate, non-discriminatory reasons given for the decision
were pretexts for gender discrimination.
