   Criminal Case - sentence. District court did not commit clear error in
   imposing 16-level enhancement for earlier crime of violence based on a
   finding by a preponderance of evidence that defendant had a prior
   conviction. District court found National Crime Information Center
   report was sufficient indicia of reliability to support its probable accuracy.
