U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-4157
District of Minnesota
[PUBLISHED] [Murphy, Author, with John R. Gibson and Benton, Circuit Judges]
Criminal Case - conviction. District court did not err in refusing to strike
juror who held same position as bank robbery victim where there was no
other claim of bias. Batson challenge to the government's strike of a
minority failed because government provided a race neutral explanation
for peremptory challenge. Conviction is affirmed.
