U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-4232
Western District of Missouri
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Bright and Riley, Circuit Judges]
Criminal Case - interlocutory. Government appeals district court's
ruling prohibiting it from publishing jury images of alleged child
pornography found on defendant's computers. District court abused its
discretion in refusing the allow government to publish a representative
sample of images which pertain to multiple elements of the offense.
Defendant's offer on appeal to stipulate to elements is not dispositive.
