U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-4251
Southern District of Iowa
[PUBLISHED] [Bowman, Author, with Wollman and Bright, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Social Security. ALJ did not err in weighting the
opinions of the nurse practitioner and therapists as their opinions
are not entitled to treating-source weight since they are not
qualified as treating sources under the Social Security
Administration's regulations; ALJ did not err in giving examining
physician's report greater weight, as it was consistent with claimant's
reports of her activities and limits and was supported by objective
evidence; residual functional capacity findings were supported
by the medical evidence; hypothetical posed to vocational expert was
proper and included all impairments supported by the record.
