District court did not err in denying defendant Ross's motion to suppress his statements, as the evidence showed Ross's will was not overborne and that his statements to investigators were knowing and voluntary; evidence was sufficient to support drug conspiracy conviction; district court did not err in limiting cross-examination of a government witness concerning nature of a previous conviction for a sexual offense; drug quantity findings were not erroneous; no error in denying defendant Judon's request for a minor-role reduction; district court erred in rejecting the 100:1 quantity ratio for crack and in substituting a 20:1 ratio; case remanded for resentencing.
