   petition, debtor was not entitled to receive any portion of her ex- 
   husband's military retirement benefits; as debtor did not have any legal 
   rights to the benefits, the bankruptcy court erred in finding that the 
   benefits were property of her estate; reversed and remanded for further 
   proceedings.
