Civil case - ERISA. Although the Plan and the Summary Plan
Description used different language in describing eligibility for
certain benefits, the Alcoa Benefit Appeals Committee did not abuse
its discretion in concluding the plaintiffs were not eligible for
benefits under either definition, and the district court erred in
overturing the Committee's decision.
