Civil case - Employment Discrimination. District court did not err in
finding plaintiff's hostile work environment claims under Title VII and
the Missouri Human Rights Act and her gender discrimination claim
under the Missouri Human Rights Act were untimely; with respect to
plaintiff's claim of gender discrimination under Title VII, she failed to
show she suffered any adverse employment action, and the district court
did not err granting the defendant's motion for summary judgment; with
respect to plaintiff's Equal Pay Act claim, plaintiff failed to present
sufficient evidence to establish a prima facie case under the Act.
