Prisoner case - habeas. District court did not err in finding Missouri
state courts had correctly applied established federal law in denying
Guinn's claim that the trial court had erred in refusing to admit hearsay
statements attributed to a third party that he, not Guinn, had committed
the crime; state courts correctly applied established federal law in
determining that the trial court had not erred in refusing to allow Guinn to
cross-examine a police officer about any investigation of the third party.
