   employee on day before last day of quarter, district court did not 
   err in granting summary judgment to employer on claim employee did 
   not receive bonus payable only to employees employed through the last 
   day of the quarter. Overtime pay claim fails because evidence show 
   she qualified as a salaried employee. Judge Law dissents.
