   Criminal Case - sentence. Three-level enhancement under
   2D1.1(b)(8)(B) was proper for possession of methamphetamine
   precursors and materials based on quantity of materials, hurried manner
   of the departure and transfer of materials from a hotel room, and urban
   area location. Sentence of 175 months within advisory guidelines was
   not unreasonable.
