Criminal case - criminal law. Constitutional challenge to the Analogue Drug Act, 21 U.S.C. Sec. 802(32)(A), rejected; admission of e-mails and computer records detailing drug deals was not error as they demonstrated intent and knowledge and were not prejudicial; any district court error in rejecting defendant's proposed scienter instruction was harmless; district court's questions to the government's expert were meant to clarify the witness's testimony and were not improper.
