U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 06-1738
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa - Cedar Rapids
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Riley and Gruender, Circuit
   Judges]
Civil case - Employment discrimination. The district court did not err in concluding that plaintiff was not disabled within the meaning of the Americans with Disabilities Act in light of the limited nature of the restrictions on plaintiff's ability to walk and stand; assuming, arguendo, that plaintiff suffers limitations on her ability to crawl, kneel, crouch and squat, those activities are not major life activities, and the limitations did not render her disabled.
