U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 06-1938
District of Nebraska - Omaha
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Riley and Gruender, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law. District court did not err in determining
that the continued encounter between defendant and the state trooper who
stopped him for a traffic offense was consensual; nor did the court err
in finding that defendant had voluntarily consented to a search of his
vehicle; evidence was sufficient to support conviction for possession of
methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
