Civil case - Insurance law. Insurer did not have a duty to defendant
Pins in a suit for alienation of affection as under South Dakota law
the injured spouse may only recover on a claim for alienation of
affection if he shows the defendant intended to cause that specific
injury; given that principle, any loss to the injured spouse was
expected or intended and could not be considered a covered accident
under Pin's policy.
