U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 06-2139
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Pine Bluff
[PUBLISHED] [Benton, Author, with Loken, Chief Judge, and
Gruender, Circuit Judge]
Civil case - Social Security. ALJ did not err in finding claimant
retained the residual functional capacity to reach and lift with her arms;
ALJ did not err in finding that claimant's psychological limitations were
not severe; ALJ did not err in relying on the vocational expert's testimony
that claimant could perform a significant range of light work, as the
questions posed to the expert included all of the impairments supported
by the record and the expert limited his answer to these factors.
