U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 06-2226
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Jonesboro
[PUBLISHED] [Murphy, Author, with Arnold and Benton, Circuit Judges]
Civil Case - social security. Decision to deny disability insurance
benefits is supported by substantial evidence that claimant had the
residual functional capacity to perform sedentary work at time her
insurance expired. ALJ considered doctor's letter, hired a vocational
expert and properly weighed the evidence. Hypothetical question was
properly framed and ALJ properly evaluated inconsistencies in the record
and claimant's credibility.
