U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 06-2249
and No: 06-2258
and No: 06-2266
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri - Kansas City
[PUBLISHED] [Benton, Author, with Murphy and Arnold, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Criminal law. Evidence was sufficient to support
convictions for conspiracy and for interstate travel in aid of a
racketeering enterprise; considering the totality of the circumstances,
officers had reasonable suspicion of criminal activity and grounds
to make an investigatory stop of defendant Castro; additional
information gained during the stop justified Castro's warrantless
address.
