U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 06-2256
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Little Rock
[PUBLISHED] [Benton, Author, with Loken, Chief Judge and Gruender,
Circuit Judge]
Civil case - Employment Discrimination. Applying the McDonnell
Douglas analysis, the district court did not err in granting the
employer's motion for summary judgment on plaintiff's ADEA claims,
as plaintifff failed to make a prima facie case when he failed to
produce any additional evidence that age was a factor in his termination
during a reduction in force.
