District court applied the correct legal standard in determining whether to impose a vulnerable victim enhancement, and the court did not err in finding that the evidence failed to show that defendant either knew or should have known that his victim suffered from Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder; the district court applied the correct legal standard in determining whether to impose an "undue influence" enhancement, and the court did not err in concluding that the facts did not support such an enhancement as the evidence showed defendant had not compromised the voluntariness of the victim's behavior.
