   apply Brady and other case law in an unreasonable manner when it found
   that failure to provide Pederson with a copy of a summary of a witness's
   testimony was not a Brady violation; in its entirety, the prosecutor's
   closing argument was not such that it so infected the trial with 
   unfairness as to make it a violation of Pederson's due process rights;
   there was viable evidence to show Pederson was denied the presumption of
   innocence during the jury's deliberations.
