Evidence was sufficient to support the jury's finding that plaintiff was actually disabled, as well as its decision to reject defendant's proffered reason for not hiring plaintiff and to find that defendant discriminated against him based on his disability; reasonable jury could have found that defendant's offered explanation for not hiring plaintiff was a pretext for age discrimination; evidence was sufficient to support an award of punitive damages under the Americans with Disability Act; award of emotional distress damages affirmed; award of liquidated damages affirmed; award of front pay affirmed.
