U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 06-2812
U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa - Des Moines
[PUBLISHED] [Benton, Author, with Murphy and Bright, Circuit
Judges]
Civil case - employment discrimination. Plaintiff failed to produce any
direct evidence that her termination was related to her gender, or that
there was any reason for her termination other than her threat to kill a co-
worker; the district court did not err in granting the employer's motion
for summary judgment, as plaintiff failed to make a prima facie case of
gender discrimination.
