U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 06-2970
District of Nebraska - Lincoln
[PUBLISHED] [Chief Judge Loken, Author, with Bye and Shepherd,
Circuit Judges]
Criminal Case - conviction. Government's evidence was more than
sufficient to prove conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. District
court did not err in admitting evidence obtained pursuant to a search
consented to by occupant but not co-occupant when co-occupant was not
present to object. Admission of coconspirator's plea agreements was not
error, plain or otherwise, with limiting instruction.
