   damages by foreign court is not immediately appealable under Colorado
   River and Moses H. Cone. Stay order merely delays proceedings and
   does not warrant appeal under the collateral order doctrine. Matter will
   not be construed as a petition for writ of mandamus because adequate
   alternate means under state law to obtain relief is available.
