Criminal Case - conviction and sentence. Sufficient evidence was
presented to support possession of handgun and constructive possession
of shotgun found in car defendant was driving. State conviction for
tampering in the first degree, based on unlawful operation of motor
vehicle, was a crime of violence. District court properly concluded that
defendant possessed a firearm in connection with felony of unlawful use
of a firearm by brandishing and cocking it in the presence of others and
thus Section 2K2.1(b)(5) enhancement was proper. 168-month sentence at low
end of guidelines range was not unreasonable. Consecutive sentence was
not improper in light of Section 5G1.2.
