U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 06-3166
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa - Cedar Rapids
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Colloton and Shepherd,
Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law and sentencing. District court did not err
in finding defendant's guilty plea was voluntary, nor did the court err in
denying his motion to withdraw the plea; application of both guidelines
sec. 2G2.1(d)(1) and sec. 4B1.5(b) did not constitute impermissible
double counting as the adjustments were for number of minors exploited
and for the fact that minors were exploited on multiple occasions;
sentence was not unreasonable.
