   Civil Case - civil rights. Summary judgment granted to defendants in
   due process claim brought by police officer who was terminated for
   misconduct is affirmed. Alleged disputed fact had no bearing on property
   interest or liberty interest claims. District court did not err in 
   concluding liberty interest claim failed because officer did not deny 
   the truth of the charges against him.
