Officers reasonably believed person who consented to search of the residence where defendant was staying was a resident of the home and had authority to consent to the search, especially in light of the fact that defendant was present and raised no objection to the search; evidence was sufficient to support firearms conviction; judiciary findings of drug quantity for sentencing purposes do not violate the Sixth Amendment.
