   Criminal Case - suppression. District court did not clearly err in
   concluding exigent circumstances objectively justified warrantless entry
   into apartment where gunshots had come from to secure the shot gun and
   discern if the shooter or victims in need of medical attention were inside. 
   Thirty-minute delay in entering apartment did not reduce the exigency.
