Civil case - Employment Discrimination. District court did not err in
refusing to admit disciplinary report which was not part of the
investigatory file and which had not been relied upon in the decision to
terminate plaintiff; nor did the district court err in refusing to admit
similar disciplinary reports for four other employees as there was no other
evidence about these employees or their situation; district court did not
err in submitting the issue of willfulness to the jury and the court did not
err in awarding liquidated damages.
