Civil case - Civil rights. Eleventh Amendment bars suits against the University for any kind of relief, not merely monetary damages, and the case is remanded with directions to dismiss the claims for injunctive relief against the University; the dean of the College of Nursing and the Program Director were entitled to qualified immunity for their actions in the events leading to plaintiff's dismissal from the program.
