   Civil case - ERISA. Plan's claim against the special needs trust
   established as part of the settlement in defendant Deborah Shank's
   personal injury case was a claim for equitable relief under Section
   502(a)(3) of ERISA, and the district court did not err in imposing a
   constructive trust on the funds in the special needs trust to reimburse the
   plan for Shank's health care expenses.
