physician's November, 2004 opinion because it was inconsistent with
other opinions he gave in 2003 and 2005; ALJ did not err in concluding
claimant's testimony concerning his subjective complaints had to be
discounted in light of his daily activities; ALJ did not err in finding
claimant retained the residual functional capacity to perform his past
relevant work.
