[PUBLISHED] [Bowman, Author, with Riley and Arnold, Circuit
   Judges]
Civil Case - diversity. District court did not abuse its discretion in excluding affidavits containing information that was irrelevant to policy coverage. Under Missouri law, breach of duty under circumstances of this case is not an "occurrence" within meaning of insurance policy and district court did not err in concluding insurance companies were not obligated to indemnify insured for breach of fiduciary duty claim.
