   determination that alien did not suffer past persecution and does not have
   a well-founded fear of future persecution in Guatemala. Alien did not
   satisfy requirements for withholding of removal or relief under the
   Convention Against Torture. Court lacks jurisdiction or review denial of
   cancellation of removal. Due process claim failed, as alien failed to show
   interpreter's problems prejudiced result.
