Civil Case - diversity - malpractice. District court's findings of fact that
defendants did not breach the standard of care with regard to any request
for or need for cesarean delivery, or performing a vacuum delivery is
supported by substantial evidence and is not clearly erroneous. Findings
that plaintiffs failed to carry their burden regarding proximate cause is
supported by evidence and plaintiffs did not demonstrate findings were
clearly erroneous. Any consideration of evidence in the record was
harmless.
