U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 06-3832
U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota
[PUBLISHED] [Colloton, Author, with Loken, Chief Judge, and
Arnold, Circuit Judge]
Criminal case - criminal law. Given the broad discretion afforded
district courts in the adjudications of juvenile matters, and the plain error
standard applicable to certain of the defendant juvenile's objections, the
period of official detention ordered in the case was not contrary to law or
plainly unreasonable. Judge Arnold, dissenting.
