Civil case - employment discrimination. When there are no vacant
positions for which an individual with disability qualifies, the ADA does
not require the employer to retain the individual and create a new position
for him; plaintiff failed to produce evidence to support his claim that
defendant violated the ADA by giving out confidential information to
prospective employers.
