[PUBLISHED] [Colloton, Author, with Murphy and Melloy, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law and sentencing. Evidence was sufficient to support convictions for hiring and harboring illegal aliens; district court did not err in applying a specific offense characteristic under Guidelines Sec. 2L1.1(b)(2)(A) for harboring six or more illegal aliens; nor did the court err in increasing defendant's offense level under Guidelines Sec. 3B1.4 for use of a minor to commit the offense.
