Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Section 1355(b)(5) of the Code allows
the debtor to cure a default on Note 1, return it to its status prior to the
default and thereby "unfix" the amount due on Note 2, which, by its
terms, became due when debtor defaulted on Note 1; case remanded to
the bankruptcy court to permit debtor to present a plan which takes into
account his obligation on Note 2.
