Criminal case - Criminal law. While the court erred in excluding testimony about prior inconsistent statements, the error was harmless; defendant was given ample opportunity to show certain witnesses were biased, and the district court did not err in refusing to allow him to show they had been witnesses against his brother in an unsuccessful criminal prosecution; no error in excluding hearsay statements; no error in admitting evidence of defendant's blood alcohol concentration.
