Civil Case - Americans with Disabilities Act. Employee with prior
chemical dependency is not disabled because she could be disabled were
she to relapse and ADA does not protect illegal conduct. Inability to
perform a single, particular job does not constitute substantial limitation
in major life activity of working; chemical dependency did not limit her
major life activities. Employee failed to show she was regarded as
disabled by employer hospital. District court's grant of summary
judgment to employer hospital is affirmed.
