U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 07-1301
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - Minneapolis
[PUBLISHED] [Bye, Author, with Wollman and Shepherd, Circuit
Judges]
Civil case - employment discrimination. District court did not err in
granting employer's motion for summary judgment on plaintiff's claim of
retaliatory discharge, as plaintiff failed to show that the employer's
legitimate, non-discriminatory ground for discharge was a pretext for
retaliation; nor did the court err in concluding that no reasonable juror
could find retaliatory motive was a determinative factor in the employer's
decision to terminate him.
