summary judgment to county and school officials who detained student
based on his creative writing essays is affirmed. Essay qualified as a
true threat and was not protected by First Amendment; Fourth Amendment
claim failed because seizure was based petitions and good faith reliance
on ex parte order was reasonable; and state law clams failed.
