No error in admitting evidence that defendant used violence against a co-conspirator to obtain payment of a drug debt; evidence was sufficient to support conviction for conspiracy and distribution of methamphetamine; no error in imposing an a two level increase to defendant's base offense level under Guidelines Sec. 2D1.1(b)(1) for use of a deadly weapon in furtherance of the drug conspiracy; no error in imposing a two-level enhancement under Guidelines Sec. 3A1.3 for restraining the victim.
