   Court has jurisdiction to consider an appeal from post-judgment matters;
   district court did not err in allowing plaintiff's ex-husband to intervene 
   to protect any claim he might have to insurance proceeds; no error in
   allowing State Farm to assert setoffs; no error in denying plaintiff's
   motion to proceed against the corporate surety.
